• MOV
• AVI (limited support)

For best compatibility and quality, users are strongly encouraged to upload videos in MP4 (H.264 codec).

• Recommended size: 100–200 MB for optimal upload and playback performance

• Minimum duration: 30 seconds
• Recommended duration: 1–3 minutes
• Maximum duration: 5 minutes

• Preferred: Landscape (16:9)
• Accepted: Portrait (9:16) for mobile-based testimonials

Yes, audio must be:

• Clear and audible (minimal background noise)
• Spoken in Bahasa Indonesia or English (preferred)
• Free from copyrighted background music (unless licensed)

• PTFI may add subtitles during editing for accessibility and communication purposes

• Users are not required to include branding
• PTFI may add official logos, intros, or outros during post-production

Yes, smartphone recordings are acceptable if:

• The video is stable (use tripod or other accessories if possible)
• Lighting is sufficient
• Audio is clear

All submitted videos will go through an internal review process to ensure:

• Alignment with corporate communication standards
• Accuracy and appropriateness of content
• Compliance with legal and ethical requirements

Yes. PTFI reserves the right to:

• Edit for clarity, quality, and compliance
• Add elements (branding logo, subtitles, etc.)
• Use excerpts for various communication purposes

Approved videos may be featured on:

• Official PTFI websites

• Social media platforms
• Internal communication channels
• External campaigns
• Stakeholder engagement materials

Yes. By submitting a video, you agree to:

• Provide consent for recording and use of your likeness
• Allow PTFI to use, reproduce, and distribute the video content
• Confirm that your submission does not violate third-party rights
• Ensure this content is your intellectual property
