    • Participation is voluntary
  3. Content Ownership & License
    • You retain ownership of your original testimonial content
    • By submitting, you grant PTFI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to: 
      • Use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the videos
      • Publish across internal and external communication channels
      • Use for corporate, educational, and promotional purposes
  4. Content Standards 
    You agree that your submission:
    • Does not disclose confidential or proprietary information
    • Does not misrepresent PTFI activities or policies
    • Does not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading material
    • Comply with Company regulations
    • Comply with the laws of the Information and Electronic Transactions act
  5. Review & Moderation Rights 
    PTFI reserves the right to:
    • Approve, reject, or request revision of submissions
    • Edit content for clarity or alignment with corporate messaging
    • Remove content at its discretion without prior notice
  6. Privacy & Data Protection  
    PTFI is committed to safeguarding personal data by:
    • Applying secure data management systems
    • Limiting access to authorized personnel only
    • Using data strictly for communication and engagement purposes
  7. Confidentiality  
    Users must not include:
    • Company operational data 
    • Sensitive security, legal, or financial information
    • Third-party confidential content
  8. Intellectual Property
    • Users confirm that all submitted content is original or properly authorized
    • Any third-party materials (music, images, logos) must have valid usage rights
  9. Limitation of Liability  
    PTFI shall not be liable for:
    • Misinterpretation of testimonial content by external audiences
    • Any claims arising from user-provided statements
    • Technical issues related to upload, storage, or distribution
  10. Video Submission Specifications
    All submitted videos must meet the following technical requirements:
    1. Format & Encoding
      • Preferred format: MP4 (H.264 codec)
      • Alternative formats may be accepted subject to system compatibility
    2. File Size & Duration
      • Maximum file size: 200 MB
      • Maximum duration: 5 minutes, unless otherwise approved by PTFI
    3. Video Quality
      • Minimum resolution: 1280 × 720 (HD)
      • Recommended resolution: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)
      • Videos must be clear, stable, and properly lit
    4. Audio Quality
      • Audio must be intelligible and free of disruptive noise
      • Use of external microphone is recommended where possible
    5. Content Framing & Composition
      • The speaker should be clearly visible
      • Background should be appropriate and non-distracting
      • Avoid including unauthorized individuals without their consent
    6. Prohibited Technical Elements
      Videos must not include:
      • Watermarks from unauthorized third-party platforms
      • Copyrighted music or visuals without permission
      • Embedded advertisements unrelated to PTFI
  11. Editing & Post-Production Rights
    PTFI reserves the right to:
    • Reformat videos to meet technical standards
    • Adjust resolution, audio levels, and visual clarity
    • Add subtitles, translations, and branding elements
    • Shorten or excerpt videos for communication use
  12. Submission Quality Assurance
    PTFI dapat menolak atau meminta ulang jika:
    • Video quality is insufficient
    • Audio is unclear
    • Technical specifications are not met
    • Content does not align with corporate standards
  13. Changes to Terms
    PTFI may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
